Our teams:

Innovation Lead - Can you facilitate a creative and inspiring collaboration with ambitious clients while managing a dynamic team of digital specialists to successfully drive projects? You will be an important point of contact for our clients, and with a strategic mindset, your great communication skills and structure, you will guide them through our project cycle from start to finish. You will be managing cross-geographical project teams with specialists from all offices, and you will be playing an important role in establishing scalable projects to succeed with projects - both locally and internationally. 

Strategist - joining our growing strategy team, you will play a key role in defining and redefining the brands of tomorrow working with both market leaders and challengers across a broad range of industries. You will work closely with both our design, creative and innovation lead team bridging the gap between strong digital solutions and inspiring brands people want to engage with.
Could this be role for you?

• Preparing and facilitating strategic workshops with c-level and be able to understand core business challenges and translate them into human problems.
• Design and conduct research to gain a deeper understanding of audience, business, culture and the competitive landscape.
• Develop brand & communication strategy and platforms, messaging and rhetorical identities enabling the clients to run a more brand-led business.
• Develop creative strategy & briefs and work closely with our creative and design team on visual and creative concept development.
• Advise clients on business and CX strategy and its implications for brand and content.
• Take lead on bigger client relationships and enable successful long term partnerships in close collaboration with our Consultants & Innovation Leads.
  

Consultant - you'll be partnering with our specialist teams and Innovation Leads to keep our clients happy, to build and maintain authentic business partnerships, to manage day-to-day client requests and to proactively create long-term digital strategies for our clients.

This role has a strong commercial focus and is responsible for building a strategic pipeline of new and existing projects. Your focus will be to ensure that all the work delivered is win-win for both the client and Signifly. We're talking value created, smart budgeting, overall satisfaction and long-term strategic impact.

Developers (frontend & fullstack) - Our team of developers is a key element in the development of new concepts. As a member of our Creative Tech Team, you will be an essential part of developing new digital concepts together with our clients and the team around you. Since we are an agency, we work with a range of clients, typically in focused sprints where we build new products for them or make improvements on products that we previously built with them. So, if you are an expert in React, Vue.js or another similar JavaScript framework, and you have a natural interest in developing yourself, your team and your client with us, we hope to hear from you. Even better if you love good design and have an eye for detail, and don't mind challenges, we really hope to hear from you.

And you could also come from a completely different path - you are always welcome when you have an entrepreneur in you, a doer and could a fantastic digital advisor.
